OYC International, Inc., is pleased to announce the following promotions and personnel changes within Oriental Yeast Co., Ltd., effective June 1, 2007:

• Mr. Mark Berman – promoted to Senior Executive, General Manager Overseas Business Department within Oriental Yeast Co., Ltd of Japan. This position will reside temporarily in Andover, MA, USA (mberman@oycus.com)
   
• Mr. Ted Kottcamp – promoted to President, OYC International, Inc., Andover, MA, USA (tkottcamp@oycus.com)
   
• Mr. Ben Kansakar – previously EU Manager, OYC International, Inc., Utrecht, The Netherlands was transferred to a corporate position of Overseas Business Manager. This position will temporarily reside in Andover, MA under direction of Mr. Berman within the Overseas Business Department of Oriental Yeast Co., Ltd. (bkansakar@oycus.com)
