Description:
This antibody was produced from a murine hybridoma elicited from mouse immunized with synthetic peptide of βAP_1-40¹⁾ . The IgG was purified from mice ascites fluid by affinity chromatography on pA(AB)₄-agarose column²⁾.

Physical Form:
The antibody is dissolved in 10 mM sodium phosphate buffer (pH 7.4) - 0.15 M NaCl - 0.1% NaN₃

Store at -80°C.
Repeated freezing and thawing should be avoided.

Applications:
1) ELISA: 1 µg/mL
2) Western blot: 10 µg/mL

Specificity:
The antibody reacts with βAP_1-40 and secretory amyloid protein precursor (sAPP), but not with βAP_17-42.
